Computer / Network Specialist -
Field Service Engineer (FSE)
A broad category consisting of: Desktop Support Professionals, Network Specialists, Senior Engineers and Computer Consultants. Pay is based on experience. As a direct representative of BMT candidates must be outgoing, self-motivated, and personable.
- Description: The FSE position is an
equal mix of customer service, consulting, and
troubleshooting skills. With this in mind we are looking for self
sufficient, highly motivated people who can manage their own time. Technical
support is available throughout the company and through our various
partnerships. 80% of customers are in the Northern
NJ area. FSE's are routinely
assigned short and long term projects offering the computer professional
the most varied work experience possible.
- Requirements: MCP's or MCSE. Minimum 3 years IT experience.
Experience with Symantec (AV, Ghost and Backup) Products,
Citrix Metaframe, WSUS, AD GPO's and Cisco IOS is highly desired.

Service/Help
Desk Staff
The BMT Service Desk consists of a Call Center and several on-site placements. With the addition of the fixed-price 'IT Solution' service our staff is steadily growing.
- Description: While customer service
skills are key for the help desk staff positions BMT prides itself on
staffing technical people. BMT primarily hires individuals with 6 –
12 months of experience. All new hires are given on the job training
and encouraged to grow their skill set as our policy is to grow the
company by promoting from within. Typically Service Desk employees are promoted
to Desktop Support and Field Service Engineer positions.
- Requirements: Computer School Diploma, A+
Certification and/or MCP. Previous Call Center/Customer Service
experience highly desired.

Sales Consultant
We are currently seeking bright and aggressive individuals to sell our
information technology services. Candidates should have a firm knowledge of
current business hardware, software and networked environments. We are a
growing company with a highly experienced technical staff that provides
innovative solutions for mid-size and enterprise accounts.
- Description: Your first 90 days of
employment will be on a trial basis. During this period, your
responsibilities will include becoming acclimated with BMT products
and services, and beginning to build a client base of new customers.
You will be assigned existing clients from BMT's
client database. BMT will provide meetings with potential customers.
You will be encouraged to build contacts from your own relationships.
Technical support will be provided during client meetings if necessary
and throughout the proposal development process. You will work closely
with management during this period.
- Requirements: 2 years minimum sales
experience. Microsoft Certified Sales Professional and Citrix
Certified Salesperson highly desired.

/ Administrative Assistant
We are seeking self-motivated individuals with great phone presence and
high self-esteem to coordinate communications between our various industry
partners, as well as provide timely information to our client base
concerning our services and IT issues that affect them.
- Description: Draft informational, and
hot-topic newsletters based on market research. Maintain partnerships informing managment of new developments. Assist in the creation
of proposals and client communications.
- Requirements: Must have high school
diploma or GED. Experience in Marketing or related area preferred.
