At BMT we cannot stress this enough – one of the most important ways to ensure that your online accounts are safe and secure is to use strong passwords. Strong passwords are longer than eight characters, are hard to guess and contain a variety of characters, numbers and special symbols. The best ones can be difficult to remember, especially if you’re using a distinct login for every site (which is recommended).
We realize creating distinct passwords that you can actually remember is a challenge, with many falling into the bad habit of using the same login credentials for multiple accounts. Our solution – use a Password Manager! A trusted password manager such as LastPass can create and store strong, lengthy passwords for you. They work across your desktop and phone.
