We currently have an opening for a full-time Service Desk Analyst. The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting approved hardware, software and services to provide a high quality end user computer experience. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-directed individual capable of working within tight time frames and possess proven communication, analytical, and inter-personal skills. This is a full-time position and shift work varies Monday through Friday 7am – 7pm. Our customer base is primarily in the Northern NJ area with a small percentage in the greater metropolitan area. Several clients have a national presence.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, potentially high-pressure environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented team player with a passion for excellence.
- Ability to grasp and communicate technology software and solutions.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System is required.
- Knowledge of Macintosh Operating System is highly desirable.
- Ability to multi-task in different systems.
- Understanding of PC Technology, including Microsoft Office, Internet and Windows.
- Ability to work in front of computer monitor for extended periods.
- Good typing skills.
- Excellent attendance history.
