Business Machine Technologies, Inc. (BMT) today announced the acquisition of Doctor Computer, a New Jersey based IT services company that is centered around delivering same-day on-site service to business and residential clients. Everingham & Kerr initiated the transaction, acted as the exclusive financial advisor and negotiated the transaction for Doctor Computer.

Doctor Computer is headquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey with approximately 15 employees. It will continue operating at its current location.
